By using any of the services on checkd.co ("The Services") a service provided by Kinezo Consulting ("The Company") you agree to the following terms and conditions ("The Terms")

  • You must provide a valid email address to confirm your account upon registration.
  • The Company is not responsible for any loss of data, or disclosure of data resulting from poor password management.
  • You may not use The Services for any illegal activity.
  • You must NOT resell, copy or duplicate any of The Services without prior written consent from The Company.
  • The Company does not guarantee The Services to be error free or 100% secure, nor does it guarantee service uptime.
  • The Company reserves the rights to remove any content that is unlawful or offensive.
  • The Company will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from the direct or indirect use of The Services.
  • The Company reserves the rights to suspend or remove any accounts not abiding by the above conditions at the sole discrection of The Company.
Privacy Policy
  • The Company requires your email address for use of The Services.
  • Email addresses collected will only be used for account verifications and activity notifications. However, The Company reserves the rights to also use these emails to inform the users of any system updates and downtime.
  • The Company will NOT resell, rent or exchange any email addresses to any third party.
  • The Company reserves the rights to share this private information with law enforcement agencies upon verification of necessary documents to sequester private user information.
  • The Company makes use of "cookies" which are stored on your computer. The "cookie" contains session information necessary for the function of The Services.
  • The Company will transfer information, and will notify you about it, in any case it will be acquired or merged with another company.
  • The Company reserves the rights to keep statistical data of its users and activities. The statistics are anonymous and have no correlation to their original owners.
